Since petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a consti tutional right, a Certificate of Appealability shall not issue. (Certificate of Appealability Denied re: 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus) The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 USC sec. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal would not be taken in good fa ith, and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to the pro se petitioner forthwith, to enter judgment accordingly, and to close this case. (Ordered by Judge Eric N.
