Filing 33 ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached, Plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction is denied and Defendants' motion to transfer venue is granted. The Court orders that this action be transferred to state or federal court in Nebras ka, as chosen by Defendants, consistent with the forum selection clauses in the RPA and/or Note, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). No later than August 3, 2018, Defendants shall notify the Court in writing as to which court they wish this matter to be transferred.
