Filing 5 ORDER: On July 18, 2018, Plaintiff John Robinson, incarcerated at the Brooklyn Detention Complex, and proceeding pro se, filed the above-captioned action. Plaintiff's submission did not include the Prisoner Authorization form, which is required to commence an action when a prisoner seeks in forma pauperis status. By letter dated July 20, 2018, Plaintiff was provided with the proper form and instructed that in order to proceed, he must return the completed Prisoner Authorization form within fourteen (14) days from the date of the letter. (Dkt. 3.) More than fourteen days have elapsed and the Court has not received a response from Plaintiff. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status, the Court grants Plaintiff additional time to comply with the Court's filing requirements. The Clerk of Court shall include a Prisoner Authorization form with this Order. If Plaintiff fails to comply with this Order within thirty (30) days, the action will be dismissed without prejudice.
