ORDER: The Court held an initial conference in plaintiff's personal injury action on March 5, 2019. As discussed on the record, plaintiff's counsel shall produce all necessary medical and mental health releases to defendants by March 20, 2019. Plaintiff's counsel shall also produce any photographs or relevant documents by that same date. The parties shall file a Mutual Protective Order by March 20, 2019. Counsel was advised that the Court will not accept a rotating cast of attorneys for the parties. Moreover, counsel shall not be permitted to speak on behalf of a party unless a notice of appearance has been filed. Counsel shall be prepared to address the substantive matters in the case. The Court shall hold a status conference on March 28, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom 11A South of the United States Courthouse, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York 11201. ConAgra's national counsel, Emily Ambrose, is permitted to appear for the conference via telephone. Defendants shall have counsel physically present in Courtroom 11A South for the status conference on March 28, 2019 and the Court shall contact ConAgra's national counsel, Emily Ambrose, by telephone. Defendants' counsel shall be prepared to furnish Ms. Ambrose's contact information to the Court at the conference. Parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court.
