MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Because a writ of error coram nobis is unavailable 23 years after petitioner made the same claims on direct appeal, the instant motion for a writ of error coram nobis is denied. The Clerk of Court is directed t o enter judgment accordingly and close the case. The Court denies a certificate of appealability and certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v.
