April 14, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER: The Court is in receipt of #43 Plaintiffs' letter and the voice message left by Plaintiffs' counsel requesting that a status conference be scheduled in this matter. The Court also notes #38 the decision from the Second Circuit indicating that they are remanding this case. Even though the mandate from the Second Circuit has not yet been docketed, the Court assumes it has jurisdiction to proceed in this matter on remand.
