ORDER granting in part and denying in part #11 Motion to Adjourn Conference. Counsel are advised that the Initial Conference currently scheduled for 8/15/2019 has been rescheduled to 10/10/2019 at 11:30 AM in Courtroom 13A South before Magistrate Judge Vera M. Scanlon. In order to facilitate settlement discussions, Plaintiff's counsel is expected to provide Defendant's counsel with a detailed calculation of damages at least one week prior to the Initial Conference. If the Parties are unavailable to appear for the in person initial conference currently scheduled for 10/10/2019, then the Parties shall submit a letter indicating three dates on which all Parties are available no later than 8/16/2019.
