ORDER: Defendants are ordered to comply with 28 U.S.C. Section 1446(a) and (d), no later than August 26, 2019, by filing a copy of the Summons and Complaint (which was not filed with their removal notice) and filing a notice to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Queens, informing it of their intention to remove the case to this Court. In addition, Defendants are ordered to explain why they have filed their notice of removal nearly nine months after they were served with a copy of the Summons and Complaint, in contravention of 28 U.S.C.
