ORDER: On November 6, 2019, appellant notified me by letter #4 that the debtor is not represented in this proceeding. Accordingly, on November 12, I ordered appellant to obtain the debtor's contact information. Appellant responded #5 , informing me that the debtor's state court attorney, R. I cannot entertain this appeal unless and until I receive confirmation that the debtor has received notice of the appeal and been served with copies of all papers, such that he has an opportunity to be heard. Appellant is ordered to provide such confirmation on or before November 20, 2019 . Pending this required confirmation, the briefing schedule is stayed. Ordered by Judge Allyne R. Ross on 11/14/2019.
