Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto: Pre-Motion Conference held on 12/16/2019. Appearances: Gary Ravert, Esq., for appellee Montrose Equity Partners LLC, and Leslie Barr, Esq., for the Chapter 11 Trustee. Plaintiff, who is pro se, did not appear. Defendant stated that plaintiff indicated she would not take part in a conference after 5 p.m. and that she required independent verification to determine the time of the conference.The court approved the following briefing scheduling for appellees' motion to dismiss the instant appeal: (1) appellees shall serve their motion to dismiss by January 3, 2020; (2) appellant shall serve her opposition, if any, by February 4, 2020; and (3) appellees shall serve their reply, if any, and file all motion papers via ECF in chronological order and provide two hard courtesy copies to Chambers, by February 18, 2020. If the Chapter 11 Trustee opts to join the appellees' motion, he must adhere to the same briefing schedule. Appellees shall also serve the appellant with a copy of the applicable bankruptcy rules, and any unreported cases cited in the appellees' moving papers.
