March 17, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER re: #21 . Equifax's portion of this letter sets forth only boilerplate and is thus of no use to the Court. Equifax was served five weeks ago, which is more than enough time to pull the file on this particular consumer, review it, and explain what its defenses are based on. If it does not supplement its portion of the letter before the conference to show that there is some defense, the Court will consider whether the feigned compliance with its Order warrants action under Rule 16(f).
