August 4, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 29 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 24 Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons explained in the accompanying memorandum and order, the Court denies Plaintiffs' summary judgment motions with respect to their Fourth Amendment claims and, in light of the Courts ruling, directs Plaintiffs to show cause as to why its Fourth Amendment claims should not be dismissed. The Court grants Plaintiffs' summary judgment motions with respect to their procedural due process claims and directs Plaintiffs to move for compensatory damages and attorneys fees within sixty days of the date of this Memorandum and Order.
