| Filing 8 Minute Entry for telephonic initial conference held before Magistrate Judge Roanne L. Mann on 6/25/20: Fact discovery is to be completed by November 19, 2020. The parties must serve initial disclosures no later than July 2, 2020. The parties may amend the pleadings and/or add new parties as of right by July 31, 2020. By September 25, 2020, the parties shall file a joint letter-motion requesting a settlement conference with the Court, and stating proposed dates (and, if necessary, the times) that the parties are available. Plaintiff shall complete medical expert disclosures by October 16, 2020; by November 19, 2020, defendant's disclosures must be served by November 19, 2020.
