ORDER granting in part #11 . The Court is of course sympathetic to the extra burdens imposed by the pandemic but the case cannot be allowed to move as slowly as counsel seem to wish. The answer date is extended to 12/1/2020 because the Court does not regard the answer as having much importance in this case. However, the Initial Status Conference is only adjourned until 11/3/2020 at 10:00 am, in advance of which defense counsel is expected to be fully prepared for the conference in accordance with this Court's prior Order.
