MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: An ex-parte status hearing on Plaintiff's motion for an emergency stay of an order denying Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") was held before Judge DeArcy Hall on September 17, 2020. The Court construes Plaintiff's motion as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's prior denial of the TRO. As Plaintiff has filed a notice of appeal, the Court does not currently have jurisdiction over this case in order to hear such a motion. Should Plaintiff choose to withdraw her appeal of the Court's previous denial of the TRO, the Court shall hold an ex-parte hearing on a motion for reconsideration at 2:00 p.m. on September 18, 2020. The parties are directed to use the following conference line and dial-in information: toll free number 1-888-684-8852; access code 1537693. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the court.
