MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: An ex-parte status hearing on Plaintiff's motion for an emergency stay of an order denying Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") was held before Judge DeArcy Hall on September 17, 2020. The Court construes Plaintiff's motion as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's prior denial of the TRO. As Plaintiff has filed a notice of appeal, the Court does not currently have jurisdiction over this case in order to hear such a motion. Should Plaintiff choose to withdraw her appeal of the Court's previous denial of the TRO, the Court shall hold an ex-parte hearing on a motion for reconsideration at 2:00 p.m. on September 18, 2020. The parties are directed to use the following conference line and dial-in information: toll free number 1-888-684-8852; access code 1537693. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings.
