The Court construes Plaintiff's motion as a motion for reconsideration of the Court's prior denial of the TRO. As Plaintiff has filed a notice of appeal, the Court does not currently have jurisdiction over this case in order to hear such a motion. Should Plaintiff choose to withdraw her appeal of the Court's previous denial of the TRO, the Court shall hold an ex-parte hearing on a motion for reconsideration at 2:00 p.m. on September 18, 2020.
