ORDER: Defendant removed this case from Kings County Supreme Court on November 13, 2020. ECF No. 1. On November 24, 2020, this case was reassigned to me. Pro se plaintiff opposes the removal of this case, ECF No. 9, and requests an extension of time to respond to defendant's request for a pre-motion conference, ECF No. 17. The request for an extension of time is granted. The Court shall hold a telephone conference in this case on January 21, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. The parties shall call the Chambers telephone conference line at (888) 363-4734 and use the access code 4444221 promptly at 3:00 p.m. Any party seeking a jury trial shall make a demand by January 14, 2021. Fed. R. Civ. P. 81(c)(3)(A). Parties are advised that they must contact each other before making any request for an adjournment to the Court.
