ORDER: The Court held a telephone conference in plaintiff's diversity insurance contract case on April 20, 2021 and set the following deadlines. Any party wishing to amend the pleadings or join new parties shall do so by May 21, 2021. FED. R. CIV. P. 16(b)(3)(A). The parties shall complete all fact discovery by October 7, 2021. The parties shall file a joint status letter by September 23, 2021 setting forth the type of expert discovery contemplated and how much time will be required.
