SELECTION OF MEDIATOR: Philip Goldstein selected as Mediator. The first mediation session will take place on September 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM via Zoom. ORDER: The Court held the initial conference by telephone in plaintiff's personal injury case on August 3, 2021 and set the following deadlines. The parties reported that they had exchanged their initial disclosures and HIPAA authorizations on July 21, 2021. Any request to join parties or amend the pleadings shall be made by September 3, 2021. The parties shall complete "Phase 1 Discovery" as described in their Rule 26(f) Meeting Report, ECF No. 8, by September 15, 2021. Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(3).
