ORDER: In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Court has suspended its pre-motion conference requirement. Therefore, the Court DENIES as moot the requests of the Defendants for a pre-motion conference, ECF No. #7 , and for an extension of time, ECF No. #13 , and GRANTS Defendants leave to file the anticipated motion to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
