Filing 31 ORDER: The Court treats Plaintiff's letter, see ECF No. #30 , as a motion to compel compliance with the nonparty subpoena discussed therein and grants Plaintiff's request for a conference to discuss the motion. As further described in the accompanying Order, counsel for the subpoena recipients shall file a letter no longer than three pages in opposition to Plaintiff's motion on or before October 26, 2022.
