ORDER re #9 Stipulation of Dismissal filed by SDI, Inc. -- As stipulated and agreed between the parties in the joint stipulation #9 filed on July 11, 2022: (1) this action shall be dismissed against Cytec Carbon Fibers LLC, Solvay, S.A., and Solvay USA Inc without prejudice; (2) the Second Cause of Action for Unjust Enrichment/Quantum Meruit is dismissed without prejudice against Cytec Engineered Materials Inc.; (3) the Statute of Limitations on Plaintiffs Second Cause of Action for Unjust Enrichment/Quantum Meruit is tolled during the pendency of this action; (4) the motion for pre-motion conference #8 is withdrawn; and (5) defendant Cytec Engineered Materials Inc. shall answer the complaint by August 12, 2022.
