ORDER denying #7 Motion to Adjourn Conference. A 60-day request in a case like this is absurd. By that time, discovery will be mostly completed. This Court does not wait for defendants' answers to plan discovery and trial because "[i]n truth, the answer in a civil action is the most useless paper in the courthouse." Alexander By and Through Alexander v. Richardson-Merrell Inc., 541 F.Supp. 93, 94 (S.D.N.Y. 1982). The conference is adjourned to 1/25/2023 at 6:00 pm.
