Order consolidating cases, dismissing claims against Bronx County Housing Court and Queens County Housing Court, and granting #4 Motion for leave to allow Pro Se to Electronically File. I find that both 23-cv-01536 and 23-cv-02255 appear to arise from the same alleged facts concerning court proceedings in Queens and Bronx County Housing Courts that followed disputes regarding leases.
