May 9, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 50 Memorandum and Order: For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs' requests for a preliminary injunction (ECF Nos. 3, 24) are denied with prejudice, and Defendants motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 18, 22) are denied without prejudice. Plaintiffs request for an extension of time to file an Amended Complaint (ECF No. 46) is denied as moot. Defendants shall respond to the Amended Complaint (ECF No. 47) within 21 days of this Order, whether by answer, motion, or otherwise. Plaintiffs shall have 14 days to oppose any forthcoming motions to dismiss, and Defendants may reply 7 days thereafter. Plaintiffs may file a second amended complaintor any other motionsonly upon prior written request and grant of leave to do so.
