ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. Defendant TransUnion is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE before or at the Initial Status Conference on 5/31/2024 why sanctions should not be imposed for violating the following portion of this Court's Scheduling Order: "Defendant's portion of the letter may not assert a general denial, boilerplate affirmative defenses, or a need for further investigation, but must engage with the issues in the case. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the imposition of sanctions under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(f)." The violation of the Court's Order is particularly egregious here since all TransUnion had to do was look at its co-defendant Experian's portion of the letter to see what was needed to comply.
