Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the imposition of sanctions under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(f)." The violation of the Court's Order is particularly egregious here since all TransUnion had to do was look at its co-defendant Experian's portion of the letter to see what was needed to comply.
