The Court noted that, per Judge Amon's Individual Practices and Rules, Plaintiff's deadline to respond to Defendant's pre-motion conference letter #17 and #18 is October 7, 2024. Plaintiff is considering whether it will amend the complaint or engage in motion practice. As a result, the Court did not set a discovery schedule. As discussed at the conference, the parties shall file a joint status report by October 11, 2024 regarding proposed next steps. Additionally, Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this order, and the entire docket sheet, on Mr. Estevez Galvez, as Mr. Estevez Galvez has not appeared in this action.
