October 31, 2024 Opinion or Order ORDER: Defendant Neutron Holdings, Inc. removed this purported class action from Queens County Supreme Court on October 24, 2024, invoking this Court's diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1332(d). ECF No. #1 . The record does not reflect whether plaintiff has served the other defendants in this action. Plaintiff shall serve the other defendants by January 22, 2025 and file proof of service on the docket. See Kogan v. Facebook, Inc., 334 F.R.D. 393, 399 n.3 (S.D.N.Y. 2020) ("Rule 4(m)'s 90 -day period for service begins to run on the date of removal."
