The Court orders that Defendant is permanently enjoined from future violations of Section 17(a)(1) of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1094 and Rule 10 b-5 thereunder and Section 15(c)(1) of the Exchange Act. The C ourt further orders disgorgement in the amount of $ 90, 183 and civil penalties in the amount of $ 90, 183 against Defendant.
