March 9, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 37 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: As set forth in the attached Order, this Court adopts the Report and Recommendation issued by the Magistrate Judge on February 22, 2011, and hereby ORDERS that Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment 29 is DENIED. Moreover, in light of the Magistrate Judges Order entered on February 9, 2010 28 , the parties are ORDERED to submit an amended proposed Joint Pre-Trial Order within fourteen (14) days of issuance of this Order. This matter is recommitted to the supervision of the Magistrate Judge for resolution of all remaining pre-trial matters and any settlement discussions that the parties believe could be facilitated by the Court. September 30, 2009 Opinion or Order Filing 19 ORDER re 15 Motion for Discovery. For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED ORDER, Plaintiff's Motion is DENIED. The deadline to begin the dispositive motion process is October 21, 2009. By that date, the moving party shall file a letter re questing a pre-motion conference pursuant to Judge Mauskopf's Individual Practice Rules.
