ORDER granting 44 Motion for Summary Judgment; granting 53 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment on t he federal claims, and the federal claims are dismissed with prejudice. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims and, thus, those claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case. SO ORDERED. The Court has mailed a copy of the decision to the plaintiff. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 3/23/2012.
