Black Sheep Television, LTD. v. Town of Islip
Plaintiff Black Sheep Television, Ltd. sought a declaratory judgment that its registration and use of certain domain names related to the MacArthur Airport was not unlawful under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, as well as a permanent injunction enjoining the transfer of the above domain names to the Defendant Town of Islip.
