Brown and directs that plaintiff Gourmet Boutique, LLC recover from defendant Global Express, Inc., the amoun ts itemized below, and that judgment be entered accordingly, with post judgment interest to be calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961: (1) $71,707.39 in damages; (2) Pre-judgment interest, calculated based upon the federal post judgment in terest rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a), from July 6, 2009 to the date of judgment; and (3) $345.21 in costs. Upon entry of judgment, the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Senior Judge Denis R. Hurley on 5/23/2012. (Monaco, Laura)
