Filing 68 ORDER granting 45 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants defendants motion for summary judgment as to the federal claims. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims and, thus, dismisses such claims without prejudice.
