ORDER granting 14 Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum & Order, the Court grants Defendants' motion for summary judgment as to all of Plaintiff's federal claims. The Court declines to exerci se jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining state law claim for violation of the New York State Civil Service Law and that claim is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 3/31/2014. (Rugani, Meredith)
