Filing 21 OPINION AND ORDER - For the foregoing reasons, Cablevision's motion to dismiss Nationwide's complaint [Docket Entry No. 13] is GRANTED. Counts II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX are dismissed in their entirety, and Count I is dismissed insofar as it is based upon the termination of the Agreements and the alleged oral promises by Cablevision to provide Nationwide with more Contract Work.Ordered by Judge Sandra J.
