MEMORANDUM & ORDER granting in part and denying in part 19 Motion to Dismiss; For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss (Docket Entry 19) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, Plaintiff's ADA claims and ret aliation claims are DISMISSED. In addition, Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Laria, Zocchia, and McQuair are also DISMISSED and the Clerk of the Court is directed to TERMINATE those parties as Defendants in this action.
