ORDER granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. For the reasons set forth above, plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis is granted and the federal claims set forth in her amended complaint are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(h)(3) and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiffs remaining state law claims and they are thus dis missed without prejudice. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal..
