For the reasons set forth in the Report, the branch of defendants' motion seeking dismissal of plaintiffs' claims against them pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the PLRA for failure to exhaust administrative remedies is granted; plaintiffs' claims against defendants are dismissed in their entirety with prejudice for failure to ex haust administrative remedies; and Grafton's letter motion for a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief is denied.
