ORDER; Having reviewed the parties' submissions in connection with the motion to amend as well as plaintiffs objections and defendants' response, the R&R of Magistrate Judge Lindsay is adopted in its entirety and plaintiffs motion for leave to amend, DE 27 , is denied.
