ORDER For the reasons stated above, Plaintiffs motion to lift the stay is DENIED and Defendants cross-motion to continue the stay is GRANTED. The case is hereby stayed pending final resolution of the IPR proceedings before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
