January 5, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: The Clerk of Court is directed to assign this matter to my docket, mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff, and note service on the docket. The Court directs Plaintiff to submit a declaration, within 30 days of the date of this order, showing cause why the Court should not transfer this action, under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), to the Eastern District of New York. A declaration form is attached to this order. If Plaintiff fails to respond within the time allowed, or fails to otherwise comply with this order, the Court will transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
