ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE with Temporary Restraining Order: IT IS ORDERED that the defts, T.A. MORRIS SONS, INC., RAYMOND M. MORRIS and KATHLEEN MORRIS, show cause before the Honorable Denis R. Hurley United States District Judge, at the United States Courthouse, Alfonse M. D' Amato US. Courthouse, 100 Federal Plaza, Courtroom 934 Central Islip, NY 11722-4449, on March 16th at o'clock pm, or as soon.thereafter as counsel can be heard, why a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure should not issue. Plaintiff shall not be required to past a bond here under, in view of defts holding $13,478 alleged to be plaintiff's assets. This order to show cause together with copies of the papers upon which it was granted be served upon the defendants, T.A. MORRIS SONS, INC., RAYMOND M. MORRIS and KATHLEEN MORRIS, at 50 Sawgrass Drive, Bellport, New York 11713, by overnight delivery, on of before March 12th, 2018, before 5:00 pm, along with personal service on or before March 14, 2018.
