ORDER re: #8 Letter. Defendants' time to answer is extended to 2/3/2020. However, the parties should note that the Court does not wait for answers to be filed as they are not required in planning discovery set at the conference, therefore this extension will not affect the Initial Status Conference which shall go forward as scheduled on 1/27/2020 nor the parties' obligations at #6 in connection with the initial conference.
