December 2, 2020 Opinion or Order ORDER granting #5 Motion for Pre Motion Conference. A pre-motion telephone conference is scheduled for January 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. before Judge Gary R. Brown, at which time the parties should be prepared to address defendants' anticipated motion pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, DE 5.
