TRANSFER ORDER: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a), and on consent motion of the parties at #11 , the Court finds that this action should be transferred to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. This transfer order closes this case, and the provision of Rule 83.1 of the Local Rules for the Eastern District of New York, which requires a seven-day delay in the transfer of relevant case materials is waived.
