ORDER granting #12 Motion for TRO. Plaintiff's request for a Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") is granted in part pending resolution of Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, which, on its face, appears to have merit. The TRO is granted to the extent that Defendant J. Scott Souders, P.C. (the only defendant named in this action) be enjoined from auctioning, selling, marketing, or otherwise disposing of the original Michael Jackson artwork currently in Defendant's possession in order to maintain the status quo pending resolution of the anticipated motion.
