ORDER granting #12 Motion for Extension of Time to Answer. The time for defendant to answer is extended to 30 days after the District Court has ruled on the anticipated motion to dismiss. The initial conference scheduled for January 6, 2025 before the undersigned is adjourned without date but will be rescheduled if the District Court rules that discovery should proceed.
