ORDER: As detailed in the attached, if Plaintiff Benjamin Rodriguez does not serve the Defendants by April 17, 2025, or fails to show good cause why the Defendants have not been served, the Complaint will be dismissed without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Rodriguez and to record such mailing on the docket. Ordered by Judge Nusrat J.
