MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER granting 10 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; denying 15 Motion to Supplement Pleadings: The Court hereby ORDERS that Defendants' motion to dismiss the amended complaint is GRANTED; andthe Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs' federal claims are DISMISSED with prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that Plaintiffs' state-law defamation and prima facie tort claims are DISMISSED without prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that P laintiffs' motion to supplement its amended complaint is DENIED as futile; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment in Defendants' favor and close this case; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Memorandum-Decision and Order on all parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
