After carefully reviewing the entire record in this matter, the parties' submissions, and the applicable law, the Court, for the above-stated reasons, hereby ORDERS that P etitioner's motion to confirm an arbitration award is DENIED without prejudice; and the Court further ORDERS that Petitioner is permitted to resubmit his motion for confirmation of an arbitration award upon the submission of a letter indicating that request together with a copy of a properly filed notice of service on Respondent; and the Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on the parties in accordance with the Local Rules.
